Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment, call/Text us at 718-948-3331 or Make an Appointment online. Our team of doctors are available for appointments Monday through Friday, 9am to 7:30pm; Saturday: 9am to 3pm; Sunday: 9am to 1pm. We are closed on national holidays.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment your pet needs. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Care Credit, Scratchpay or any major credit card.
Walk Ins
While we make every effort to see each appointment on time, we do realize that circumstances arise and you need to bring your pet in immediately. We will make reasonable accommodations to see your pet in a timely manner. All pets without appointments waiting to be seen will be seen based on urgency and time of arrival.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
