The staff and the doctors at Richmond Valley are friendly and professional and organized. We had a 6:30pm appointment and waited five minutes before Lulu was called in. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and I really felt comfortable bringing Mochi there. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone.Everyone really cares about your pets needs!!
