The staff and the doctors at Richmond Valley are friendly and professional and organized. We had a 6:30pm appointment and waited five minutes before Lulu was called in. Dr. Shull is an amazing veterinarian. You can see in his eyes how much he loves animals. His eyes light up when he talks about his pets. A true animal lover. We won’t take our animals anywhere else.
